From April 14th to 18th, ICMT hosted Chinese representatives from the School of Chemical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China – Dr. Yun Li, Professor and Dr. Haijun Hu, Lecturer. During the visit both parties gave an overview of the research activities taking place at their respective Universities and explored the possibilities for future collaboration. The visit also included talks about the academic collaboration with the ChEBio Department Chair, Dr. Valerie Young. Research collaboration will start in summer 2014-15, when Dr. Haijun Hu will come to the ICMT as a visiting research scientist. Dr. Nesic was also named adjunct professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University.
