Members, Students, Faculty and Staff attended the Corrosion Center Advisory Board Meeting on October 3 & 4, 2006.
The Fall Advisory Board meeting was considered a huge success for attendance and technical
content. With a record turnout of total number of sponsor representatives attending (28) and total number of attendees (54)
this was the largest group assembled for a JIP meeting at the Institute to date. Both days of the meeting were packed with
information including twenty two presentations covering topics such as: localized CO2 corrosion; H2S,
CO2, and organic acid corrosion; Electrochemical Noise; and a case based reasoning model of CO2
corrosion.
