ICMT Student Saba Navabzadeh Esmaeely Selected to Attend NACE International Leadership Program 2017 Saba Navabzadeh Esmaeely a PhD candidate at the Institute was among few applicants selected to attend NACE International Leadership Program 2017. The Program took place on June 20-23, 2017, in Houston, Texas. The Program aims at ascending participants into leaders and trains the participants in such areas of leadership as: Strategic Thinking and Planning Awareness of Current & Future Industry Trends Association Management & Governance Coaching and Developing Others Interpersonal Relationship Skills Influencing with Impact Saba successfully completed the program and stated that, I believe the NACE International Leadership Program is an extraordinary opportunity for emerging leaders. I feel humbled to have had the opportunity to attend the training with a group of future leaders and learn from others. I admire the experience and dedication of the current leaders who have invested their time to provide this training and I share their vision of protecting the environment and contributing to the wellbeing of human beings. Thanks to the the program, I feel that I am better equipped to work towards the realization of this shared vision.
